Seemlessly blending with the outdoors.

Ultimo was delighted to contribute to the success of this award winning apartment complex and curate a special selection of furniture, artwork and styling pieces for this apartment.

The aim of the project was to harness the unmistakable connection between river and parkland with the lush canopy of Kings Park to the West and the uninterrupted Perth city skyline to the East.

A custom selection of sofa cushions and upholstery fabrics in natural, earthy tones tie in seamlessly with the outdoor landscape. Layered styling makes bold use of German glassware brand Guax and are nicely finished with native floral arrangements.

There is a lovely depth to this apartment, largely due to the extensive use of charcoal stone flooring and walnut timber ceiling panels. The striking veins in the natural marble stone accents throughout the kitchen, living areas and bathrooms add even more visual impact. With this in mind, a gorgeous walnut dining table by Cattelan Italia was selected; its steel frame echoing the stone floor and the raw edge of the table amplifying the natural feel. Framed by an artwork showcasing the true talent of artist Bec Juniper, the dining space is not only functional by stunningly beautiful.

Matching dining chairs and bar stools from Gubi unify the kitchen and informal meals area allowing the real hero to be the view of the river and city. At the opposite end of the apartment, the second family room is furnished by a very comfortable Tondo Sofa by Rolf Benz providing the perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery.
