A true masterpiece of design, this Giorgi designed and built apartment complex was awarded the prestigious accolade of 2018 HIA Perth Apartment Complex of the Year. Nestled on the escarpment of Kings Park, this striking set epitomises a luxury lifestyle in the heart of the city.

ULTIMO INTERIORS was engaged by the client to personally curate and hand-select furniture, artwork, lighting and styling pieces for the apartments to suit their personal lifestyle and aesthetic. Each room was carefully curated by Andrew Thornton-Hick to showcase the best in European design and uphold the high standard of architectural design throughout the apartment. The natural stone floors and warm walnut timber accents were the jumping-off point for the project with a strong focus on complementing the breathtaking views of the natural landscape and highlighting the connection between earth and water.

Thoughtful zoning of the open plan areas accommodate a mix of living, relaxing and entertaining spaces ensure the apartment layout is well utilised and functional. Careful consideration of each piece has resulted in a functional and spacious floor plan featuring a beautiful blend of luxurious shapes and textures.

Featuring key pieces from Gallotti & Radice, Cattelan Italia and Rolf Benz the result is a true reflection of the client’s personality and style. A unique Quasar pendant light designed by Jan Pauwels is the jewel in the crown, reflecting the twinkling lights of the Perth city skyline beyond. Perfectly paired with a round glass Haumea dining table below, these two elements combined make a dining experience to remember.
