Designed by Andrea Basini of ANB DESIGN and built by Enzo Sberna of Ultimo Turnkey Design & Project Management, Villa Ultimo pays tribute to the enduring influence of Bulgarian architect Iwan Iwanoff whilst pushing the boundaries of Modernism and Brutalism in Perth’s architectural landscape. Not just a building; this home is a love letter to Brutalism. Its bold and striking design elements effortlessly blending tradition and contemporary aesthetics.
From Andrea’s build design, Enzo developed the concept to integrate Italian Modulnova kitchens from Ultimo Interiors as well as their European bathrooms. Enzo is a registered builder and has completed this project under Ultimo Turnkey which is his specialist design and construct division of Ultimo Interiors. Further to the Italian wardrobes and built-in pieces, the home is completed by full furnishings from Ultimo Interiors and a curated art collection to complete a comprehensive collection of authentic design elements, all working in unison.
